Badminton is a fast,changeable,continuous force and other characteristics,the physical requirements of the higher sports.Because of the skill,tactics,so that has higher request to the physical reserves,badminton movement based on the quality of power,speed and endurance,the fast power is the core content of strength quality training.After meeting the basic stability and flexibility requirements,the development of fast power is a key project.The fast speed of the ball,the fast pace of change and the rapid movement all need good fast strength quality as the support.This study used the methods of literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to study the effect of fast strength training on the speed of badminton forehand.To level 2014,chengdu four universities badminton special student groups,for different strength training,and adopt the arrangement of the randomized,after 12 weeks of training,to smash the ball with a forehand strength and speed,forehand flat drive speed and forehand to pick the ball strength and speed strength and test,the change of the comparative analysis before and after the training the following conclusions:(1)through the special strength training to join the university badminton class,the traditional strength training and the effect of fast strength training,respectively in improving forehand smash technology and function to promote the movement speed and power,through the data contrast,the forehand technology improvement is very obvious,especially an increase in strength value is bigger,more strength and speed values within the group to improve degree of difference.(2)in test group and control group each forehand technology movement speed and power data is used the single factor analysis of variance,by comparing the experimental group and the control group,the results showed that in the control group and experimental group cross contrast when there are significant differences,when they compare within the group have no significant difference;The effect of two training methods on the speed and strength of forehand technique is different.The experimental group and control group forehand technology data before and after the movement speed and strength training match sample inspection there are significant differences,suggests two methods of strength training is effective.(3)after 12 weeks of strength training,the students in the experimental group and the control group received good results in both the speed and strength of the forehand technique.Fast power than traditional general strength quality training is more targeted,the experimental group students badminton forehand technical movement after training has obvious increase speed and strength,so that the ball faster,strength is heavier.
