Issue of values in recent years by the widespread concern of sociologists, ethicists,psychologists and management theorists, university students as an important part oftoday’s social group, its values, especially on the value of self with their ownself-understanding, judgment, orientation and choices are all related to social, political,economic, cultural structure closely related. Strengthen the training for collegestudents ’self-values, based on China’s reform and opening up the socialist marketeconomy, social background and globalization, information technology background toanalyze the reality of change, and research of social change today for the values of thestudent’s self their students themselves in the understanding and perspectives ofself-worth, self-worth of college students and the community as a whole advances areof great theoretical significance and practical value. Domestic and foreign scholars inthe self values with a certain amount of study and reflection, but not a lot of collegestudents self-values and its culture of a lack of consensus on some issues and a bettersystem. On the basis of existing research, combined with the formation process andcharacteristics of the current college students self-values, discussed in the literaturereference and research materials on the basis of self-values, meaning, function,characteristics, and described student’s self values, culture content and performanceanalysis of the theoretical basis and practical needs of College Student’s self-values,explores the culture of the specific measures for the status quo of contemporarycollege students self-values culture.This article is divided into three parts analyzed and discussed:The first part discusses the overview of the values, characteristics, structure andcontent of values, and laid the foundation for the meaning of self-values and analysis.Discusses the values about the meaning of the object of the subject, the general view of the role and effect, the total evaluation and total view of the people held by some avalue of systematic, theoretical concept of system, on the person, the right thingusefulness and importance held by the basic position, the point of view, attitude, is thecore of the value-conscious; subjectivity of the evaluation, behavior, selectivity,stability and variability of unity, social historical and awareness of the tendency ;Xiting scholars in China and other research methods and needs, based on furtherexpansion of political values, moral values, aesthetic values, religious values,professional values, interpersonal values, love and marriage values, self-values, thevalues of life and well-being values and ten other value structure .Secondly, the meaning of the values of contemporary college students are describedin differentiating on the basis of self-worth and personal value, self-values, defined asits own assessment of their value and views related to awareness, emotional andbehavioral evaluation between, for the good of the individual to a betterunderstanding of their own, regulate, and social conflicts, regulating interpersonalrelationship between man and nature are of great significance in the self-affirmationand evaluation on self-realization The power system of open and self-worth, innerstrength and external interaction. Its function analysis, and laid the foundation forlater self-values of the characteristics of contemporary college students self-valuesculture, pointed out that the characteristics of self-values.Finally, the analysis of the culture connotation of contemporary college studentsself-values in the feasibility analysis for college students ’self-worth througheducation, training of self-values for contemporary college students can in the underclear Students need to train and formed according to students’ self values problemsarising in the course targeted two aspects of culture to expand it and discussed, andpointed out that the cultivation of students ’self-values, the specific requirements.The second part of the analysis of relevant theoretical and practical training on thevalues of the contemporary college students self-needs. This article from Marx toachieve self-worth, humanistic theory and the background of contemporaryglobalization, networking and market economic development situation, students’ self values the formation of the several angles of the actual situation for the emphasis oncontemporary college students. the cultivation of self-values provide the basis of thetheory and practice.The third part of the analysis of contemporary college students self-values,culture response. First clarified the three principles of contemporary college studentsself--values, culture - to understand the principle, the principle of subjectivity,practical principles. Then this article on the culture of contemporary college studentsvalues can not be separated from the students themselves subjective efforts, while thestudents ’self values in a certain social environment and historical backgroundanalysis, pointed out that the values of the students’ self cultivation and constructionof a huge social system which needs the joint efforts of all sectors of society tosynergistic completed. Thus, the cultivation of students ’self values should betwo-pronged approach, both focus on the students themselves psychological practice,their subjective efforts, but also pay attention to the external environment to build andcreate a series of countermeasures cultivate the students’ self values and path.
