Some universities of China in 2001 in Shandong province started to move, the high levelathlete recruitment mode of Competitive Aerobics in 2005 to recruit candidates, the projectstarted from sports to art kind enrolls new students, sports culture, become the art class test of anew breakthrough, as many have the ideal high school provides a entrance road, then more andmore high school students start understanding and recognition of athletic aerobics training andselection of competitive aerobics.With the development of athletic calisthenics, gymnastics coaches and athletes tocontinuous innovation and beyond, on the aerobics movement put forward higher standard, thusthe competitive aerobics training methods put forward higher requirements. CompetitiveAerobics athletes action stability is directly related to the athletes score and the quality of theexamination results. A set of scientific and regular improve Aerobics Athletes’ stability trainingmethod, which can effectively improve high school students’ Competitive Aerobics Athletes’performance, but also can avoid injury of athletes.As the core stability training theory and training equipment continued to be refined, corestability training function is mainly manifested in the following aspects: namely the core stabilitydetermine human overall stability; improve muscle force end link; link; on exercise techniquestability and sports injury prevention function. At present the competitive aerobics trainingmethod in most places are limited to the conventional methods of strength training, conventionalmethods of strength training can enhance local muscle strength, and can effectively strengthenthe comprehensive sport ability of body, physical stability help is not obvious, this and incompetitive aerobics movement to complete a variety of the high strength movement in need ofphysical stability is not completely consistent with the.Therefore, this article through the literature material method, interview method, trainingexperiment method and analysis method of the conventional training and core strength trainingexperiment, the experimental results show that:( 1) the core strength training is helpful to improve the motion stability of competitiveaerobics athletes. Through the experiment, the core strength training effect than the conventionalstrength training effect, thus effectively improve the competitive aerobics athletes success ratemovements, thereby improving the athletes in the game or test scores. ( 2) the core strength training of competitive aerobics athlete physical ability training is anindispensable factor, is to improve the athletes’ physical quality and movement ability importantprerequisite.( 3) core strength training’s main role is to be able to stabilize the spine, pelvis, athletes, tomaintain the correct body posture, make the competitive aerobics athletes in action showgraceful movements and gestures, give a person the enjoyment with the United States, so that thecompetitive aerobics tends to show.( 4) the core strength training can also improve athletes during exercise from the core to thelimbs and other muscle groups of the energy output, so that the athlete’s body control andbalance is improved, but also improve the athletes’ physical coordination, so can reduce theathletes in case of unexpected failure rate.( 5) the core strength training can be effective in the prevention of sports injuries andfacilitates recovery after injury, which contributes to the improvement of performance.
