The Summary of Elementary education Curriculum Reforms (Implementation) has opened the door of New Curriculum Reforms. The Elementary Education proceeded in thirty-eight national experiment areas at September of2001. Then, it expanded in five hundreds areas, which is implemented in the whole country right now. In the September of2004, the new curriculum reforms of high schools started in the provinces of Guangdong, Shandong, Hainan, Ningxia, and Chongqing was the last city to begin the new curriculum reforms. The curriculum reforms of the high school has become the focus in the whole educational world. So teachers’training of the new curriculum in the high school has got many concerns. The new curriculum presents the educational idea of "all for students5development", which puts forward some new requires and takes some challenges for teachers’professional development. It is always said that education is the foundation and teachers are the basic for society. So teachers’ professional development gets the attention of the Education and the Society. The high quality education can’t leave the high quality of teachers. The teachers’training isn’t only the strong guarantee to promote the curriculum reforms, but also the effective way to promote the teachers’ professional development. Enhancing novice teachers’ training of high schools has important significances to improve teachers’overall quality and educational quality.The paper uses the literature method, the investigation method and interview method to researcher the problem of novice teachers’training, which uses the high schools of B area in Chongqing Province. The paper has the following parts:The first part, introduces the challenges to novice teachers’ quality of the curriculum reforms in the high schools, which has many changes in the aims, functions, structures, implements, evaluations and managements. Under the situation, teachers are facing many challenges, such as renewing the teaching ideas, exploring new teaching methods and guiding students to change the study ways and so on.The second part, has reached the current situations and problems of the novice teachers’ training in B area of Chongqing. Through investigating, the novice teachers’ training in new curriculums of this area has the following problems:the training contents are lack of pertinences, the training patterns seem to single, the training effects aren’t obvious, and so on.The third part, had analysis the reasons for the problems, which exist four reasons. Firstly, the philosophy of the new curriculum hasn’t been deeply understood. Secondly, the management of the training organization isn’t perfect. Thirdly, the comprehend for novice teachers of high schools hasn’t been completely transformed. The last, the trainers have some shortages.The fourth part, gives some countermeasures and suggests for B area’s novice teachers to reform the curriculum reforms. Through referring and absorbing the domestic and foreign relevant researches’ results and comprehending experts and teacher’s advice, the paper promotes some relevant suggests. Firstly, deeply learning the concept of new curriculum to guide teachers’ active ability to adapt the new curriculum reforms; secondly, renewing the teaching ideas and explicating training aims, knowing teachers’needs to enhance the pertinence of teaching contents, diversity training modes to promote training effects; thirdly, perfecting training security system by establishing goals’mechanism, making effective incentive system, scientific management and reasonable evaluation.
