The increasingly open campus is erecting by adverse social climate with the development of the society. And because of the increasingly severe employment situation, the university students have to participate in the employment competition in many ways. It is more and more popular that the university students use the gray skills to obtain jobs.The study is in favor of making the phenomenon known and evaluating it objectively to change the conclusion, entirely sure or negative, to give reference for university students’correct employment.
