The features of the effectiveness on postgraduate classes-teaching can be summarized three points:Pay attention to the training of the students’study method, broadening of vision and widening of outlook and the cultivation of students’academic interest. From say substantially, postgraduate classes-teaching reflect the main inter-subjectivity and dialogue between the teachers and students. Understanding the postgraduates’teaching and learning, we shall pay attention to the teachers and students both sides of the main body of the teaching process and experience exchange. Therefore. improving the effectiveness of postgraduate classes-teaching, should observing in the teacher-student classroom interaction, this paper reveals the reason of low levels communication between the graduate students and teachers, and on this basis has a deep thought about enhance the effect of postgraduate classes-teaching.The full text is divided into three parts:The first part analyzes the notion and research meaning of the effectiveness of graduate class-teaching. This part has discussed the meaning of graduate student class teaching effectiveness and increase the effectiveness of the graduate student class teaching an important significance. Enhance graduate student class teaching effectiveness is the important significance of the logic starting point of this study.The second part is analyzed the failure of postgraduate classes-teaching. Describe the main performance of the failure of postgraduate classes-teaching, and the analysis of classroom teaching graduate students failure reason, is the key to this study. This study from the nature of education graduate student of graduate student class teaching should be that scientific research into teaching in a kind of interaction between the education of the activity, the learning process must again into the human through dialogue and establish, each other can be Shared and can be understood in the personal experience. So, we graduate class teaching of failure to reveal and analysis, can neither from the teachers and students as individuals, and could not be separated from specific learning environment.The third part has a deep thought about enhance the effect of postgraduate classes-teaching. This part is based on the nature of graduate education to promote graduate class-teaching deep communication between teachers and students:teachers should set up the teaching academic consciousness, eliminate the opposition state between teaching and scientific research; Pay attention to the experience of graduate student learning, let the experience became the source of development of postgraduate student; Schools shall provide academic platform, to promote the establishment of "teacher-student scientific community", let the students influenced by the teacher in daily life, learn how to live a research life.
