| Postgraduate education is an important approach to training high-level personn el,directly affect the country’s scientific research and innovation ability With the h igher education enrollment expansion,the number of students increased dramaticall y,postgraduate education quality problems begin to emerge,so the quality of postg raduate education become the important topic around the country,postgraduate stud ent scientific research experience become a new measurement tool quality of post graduate education.Scientific research experience is their scientific research experie nce feeling during the period of school,mainly reflects the various environmental c onditions in the process of perception of postgraduate student training and develop ment.The research experience of postgraduate students can help us understand the attitude and feelings of postgraduate students in the process of scientific research,reflect the deficiencies in the process of postgraduate education and training.beside s,it help universities and specific postgraduate training units to further solve the e xisting problems and improve the quality of postgraduate education.In order to explore the research experience of postgraduate students in education,t his study is based on the Sakeholder Theory and Student Involvement Theory(IEO Mo del),it adopts the interview of qualitative method study to carry out the investigation b y taking The H University as a case.Based on purposive sampling principle,we choo se 27 samples.On the basis of the in-depth interviews,we collect a large amount of data to present four aspects of scientific experience of postgraduates in education:" the e xperience in process of research”"the experience in the relationship in scientfic re search" "the experience in resource conditions of colleges and university" and " the e xperience in ability development in scientific research".The experience in these aspects reflects some problems in the training process of p ostgraduates in education,which are mainly reflected in the following:The resources o f colleges and universities are in short supply;The effective guidance of the tutor is ina dequate;The incentive mechanism for scientific research are not perfect;The academi c atmosphere is not strong;The innovation ability is underdeveloped.In order to solve these problems and optimize the research experience of M aster of Education students,the following suggestions are put forward:strengthen the platform construction,increase the research training opportunities;Strengthen a cademic care,improve the effectiveness of the guidance of the tutor;Improve the infrastructure and the hardware resources conditions;Perfecting the management s ystem and strengthening the incentive for scientific research;Increase academic ex changes and create a strong academic atmosphere. |
