With the development of China’s socio-economic, the demands for talent gradually change to the ligh-level talent of applicational, theoretical and multifunctional in China. But China’s current;raduate education system cannot meet such needs, graduate education system in need of reform and nnovation. In2006, Beijing launched the first program of Practice-Learn-Research Combined iraduate Students. The program carried out more than five years, Beijing has accumulated valuable (?)xperiences. However, it was established not so long time, the policies of Practice-Learn-Research Dombined Graduate Students also exposed some problems. Through use of questionnaires, interviews Etc.methods, this paper analyze the current situation of Beijing Practice-Learn-Research Combined Graduate Students, this paper found it still have a lot of problems, for example the government, the (?)ollege, the enterprise, the teachers and so on. According to this summed up the problems of the (?)olicies. Finally, based on the problems, this paper put forward recommendations of (?)ractice-Learn-Research Combined Graduate Students policies from three aspects:policies, institution (?)nd management system. For example, establish and improve the related policies, establish more ways o collect money, set up Course System of Practice-Learn-Research Combined Graduate Students and (?)o on, in order to provide a references to the Beijing government to establish and complete the policies of Practice-Learn-Research Combined Graduate Students, carry forward the development of (?)ractice-Learn-Research Combined Graduate Students in Beijing.
