According to<Reform and development of education in China> and<2010national education development plan>, our country will strive to develop secondary vocational education, further the curriculum reform, increase capital investment, improve school conditions, and build an adequate team of teachers. This paper combines with the practical experience of Henan Industrial School, analysed the problem of current situation and management evalution, explained meaning and principle of the establishment of teacher evaluation system, researched and defined the project and standards of evalution, illustrated the procedures for teachers’work..The research and practice of this paper showed that:evaluation of teachers should bring forth encouragement and satisfaction, not intimidation for teachers. The process of evaluation is to privide service for the teachers. Building proper and effective evaluation system could bring forth encouragement and guidance, stimulates teachers for development and perfection advance management of schools, in order to fully enhance quality of education.
