People’s trait will influence the job search outcomes, based on this understanding, this paper discusses the relationship between graduated student trait and job search outcomes, On the basis of over viewing the related studies at home and abroad, We adopt the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the graduates from Beijing area, including6schools’students graduating in2012. The time is from February11to February29. This questionnaire including four scales:proactive personality scale, job search self-efficacy scale job search clarity scale and job research intensity scale. This paper use SPSS19.0to collect and statistics data.This paper study the relationship between graduated student trait and job search outcomes from the demography variable of the proactive personality, job search self-efficacy, job search clarity job search intensity. First, we study trait and job search outcomes of the differences in demography variables; Second, the study analyzed the relationship of trait; Finally the study analyzed the relationship between trait and job search job search outcomes.By investigating the graduated students and using SPSS19.0approach to import statics and analysis the data, we can have the conclusion as follow;(1) It is lower in Proactive Personality, Job search self-efficacy and Job search Clarity but bigger in Job search Intensity. The graduates are more in specialized skills, especially English.(2) Proactive personality in graduation degree has significant differences. Master graduate student have higher proactive personality than undergraduates; At the same time the master graduate student is more higher than undergraduate students tin he total job Self-efficacy.(3) Graduates have no clear aim on specific career objective; Science graduates have clearer Job search clarity than arts graduates; The graduates living in the countryside family have clearer Job search clarity than the graduates from town.(4) There is a significant positive correlation among Proactive personality, Job search self-efficacy and Job search clarity; There is a significant correlation between Job search clarity and self assessment, but there is no relationship between Job search clarity and Job search intensity.(5) There is a significant positive correlation among Proactive personality, Job search self-efficacy and Job search outcomes.(6) There is no significant correlation between Job search intensity and Job search outcomes; Job search intensity can influence Job search outcomes by Protective personality, Job search self-efficacy and Job search clarity.At last, we put forward some suggestion to improve the graduates employment based on the analyses:First, developing and maintaining graduates’Proactive personality, especially undergraduate; second, to promote to upgrade using a number of methods to promote graduates’Job search self-efficacy; third, cultivating positive emotion and having a definite career objective based on the current high Job search intensity.
