The employment problem of college students is fundamental to the people's livelihood.The employment problem of college students has also been widely concerned by all walks of life.It is an important issue that graduates,graduate parents,schools and the government are very concerned about.The solution to the employment problem of college students should not only pay attention to the employment rate of college students,but also pay attention to the quality of employment.With the in-depth study of the quality of undergraduate employment,some people have gradually realized that the quality of undergraduate employment has become an indispensable indicator of the employment level.It is also a reflection of the quality of colleges and universities and the value of undergraduates.Therefore,only a two-pronged approach,on the one hand to improve the employment rate,on the one hand to improve the quality of undergraduate employment,in order to effectively alleviate the employment problems of undergraduates,in order to be more conducive to China's economic development and improvement of people's livelihood.Therefore,this paper focuses on the issues related to the employment of undergraduates.The research framework of this topic is divided into five parts.The introduction mainly introduces the question,the purpose and significance of the topic,and summarizes the main problems to be studied in this paper through the review of the status quo of domestic and foreign literature research.At the same time,the research ideas and framework of this topic are explained.This chapter also proposes the idea framework and research methods of the article,and analyzes the innovation points and deficiencies of the article.The second chapter is the definition of basic concepts and related theoretical foundations.It mainly defines the concept of human capital and employment quality of college students on the basis of the research results over the years,and clarifies the relevant theoretical basis.The third chapter analyzes the data,sets the measurement indicators,determines the credibility of the sample selection and sample data,analyzes the sample data,and paves the way for subsequent empirical analysis.Based on the questionnaire data,the fourth chapter empirically analyzes the status quo of human capital and employment quality of X students.Firstly,the research hypothesis is put forward,and then the descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis of the sample data are carried out.The last chapter draws the conclusions of the study and proposes corresponding suggestions,mainly through targeted improvement of the university students' own quality and ability,the construction of bridges between colleges and employers for the benign employment of college students,and the government's escort and assistance.Through research and analysis,the research hypothesis of this research is partially verified,that is,there is a positive correlation between the indicators of undergraduate human capital and the indicators of employment quality: First,internship experience and professional knowledge have a positive impact on professional matching;second,political appearance and management ability have a positive impact on the nature of the unit;third,political appearance,management ability,computer grade,and the second foreign language have a monthly salary Has a positive impact;Fourth,college English level,creativity and rewards have a positive impact on social security;Fifth,professional knowledge,internship experience,rewards and readings have a positive impact on social security;Sixth,professional knowledge,management ability,and published papers have a positive impact on job satisfaction.
