School Social Work Intervention In The Force Of Migrant Children’s Resilience

Resilience refers when individuals encounter difficulties, the ability to reason to make a positive,constructive methods and coping strategies. Now the children of migrant workers resilience problemhas become the new hot point of society, this paper is helpful to understand the effect of school socialwork on the formation of children of migrant workers resilience, in order to better interventioncounseling, tap their potential, enhance the resilience of migrant workers’ children. This paper Basedon the research of dynamic academic theories, experience in the school social work of the author formany years in Guangdong Province, Shenzhen city Futian District one of the children of migrantworkers more intensive school as an example, to carry out intervention of school social workresiliency in children of migrant workers. In the paper, the representative case as the guide, throughcase counseling reconstruction of self-awareness, group intervention to enhance self-efficacy, family,school and community construction acceptance, mutual atmosphere, the children of migrant workerstheir self-efficacy, parent education, teacher influence, study on effect of school social work on theformation of children of migrant workers the resilience of the school and community environment.The children of migrant workers widespread resilience level is not high, easy to produce a seriesof social problems among the youth in the daily study life, this research conclusion, school socialwork through the living environment reconstruction of children of migrant workers, increase theinfluence factor of the external protection; through case counseling, group work and communityservice discovery service object potential, enhance the service object of self-efficacy, increase theprotection of its internal forces, and then promote the formation and consolidation of the migrantworkers’ resilience, in order to deal with the various social problems. Therefore, to cultivate andenhance their resilience is important for their growth.
