The strategic of ’National long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)’ have been proposed:there will be the basic realization of modernization of education, the basic formation of a learning society, and into the ranks of the power of human resources by2020. To achieve this goal means each student must know active learning and how to learn, and make the awareness and capability of lifelong learning a quality requisite to per student. With the deepening of the basic education curriculum reform, local scholars and teachers have paid much attention on study independently, cooperatively and explosively. However, in today’s high school chemistry review teaching of Graduate Test, the method of infusion teaching is still very serious. In this mode of chemistry teaching of review, both teachers and students are tired, obviously, teaching is extremely inefficient.Based on the background and high school chemistry recitation of Graduate Test of the teaching situation, we propose this subject, and expect learning-plan-teaching mode can cultivate the ability of students’ self-cultures, also provide the beneficial help for high school chemistry teachers selection and implementation on chemistry teaching of Graduate Test review.In this thesis, we analyze the current domestic and external research situation of learning-plan-teaching, take constructivism learning theory, meaningful learning theory, subjectivity education theory, recent development theory and learning theory of humanism as the main theoretical basis. We explain the basic element, composing principle, things that should be noted in learning plan, the design requirements of chemical recitation learning plan, build a learning-plan-teaching review teaching model. On this basis, the author performed an experimental research on two classes of the Guilin fourth high school sophomore in more than two months in April2011. In the experimental class, we adopted the model of learning-plan-teaching and other teaching strategies to review teaching, and traditional teaching model to review teaching of the comparing class.After a series of experiments, we found that the interests, scores and activeness of chemistry study in the experimental class were higher than the comparing class and showed significant differences by detecting and statistical analysis via SPSS17.0statistical software. The experimental results show that learning-plan-teaching teaching model is feasible and effective in high school chemistry review of Graduate Test. It played a certain effect to enhance students’ interest in learning, improve students’ learning subjectivity and academic achievements, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and other aspects.Although this research has achieved some results, however, due to research level and the time limit, this study has yet to be further improvement and development in the future, and the conclusions accomplished should be tested in future work.
