With the economic development, more and more people pay attention to theentrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship has become a new choice for people.Entrepreneurial opportunities is not only the starting point of the entrepreneurialprocess,but also the entrepreneurial process is focused on entrepreneurial opportunityidentification, development and utilization. Domestic and international,theoretical andempirical studies have all shown that social networks provide information andresources to support entrepreneurs. In the previous studies, the main focus of researchis on the success of entrepreneurs, only a few studies focus on thes special group ofstudents.In this paper,we leran from domestic and international venture managementtheory, social network theory, and personal traits theory. combining the the personaltraits and the actual situation, using of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis as themethods of the research,this paper analysis the mechanism between students businessnetwork relationship strength and entrepreneurial opportunity identification,and theregulatory role of prior knowledge and entrepreneurial alertness to the relationship.Firstly, this paper reviewe the knowledge of entrepreneurial opportunity identificationthat based on the theory of entrepreneurial management,and analysis prioriknowledge、entrepreneurial alertness of the personal traits of the entrepreneurs.Thenthrough the study of social network theory, social network theory wereconsolidated.And basing on the existing research about the relationship between socialnetworks and entrepreneurial opportunity identification,this paper build the model andput forward the hypothesis, design a questionnaire based on the theory,test the validityof the questionnaire, analysis the study assumes through the large sample survey.Finally, Put forward the conclusions of this paper, limitations, and research prospects.The main conclusions of this paper Include: Students business networkrelationship strength and entrepreneurial opportunity identification have a positive correlation; prior knowledge positively regulate the relationship between Studentsbusiness network relationship strength and entrepreneurial opportunity identification;entrepreneurial alertness positively regulate the relationship between Students businessnetwork relationship strength and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.
