The teaching in class is the priority in the campus education; also the quality of the classes has a greatimpact on the quality of campus education,which can influence the national quality of education.From thepoint of educational value,the evaluation of classroom teaching uses scientific methods and play its role oforientation,motivation,diagnosis and identification,which is significant to promote the improvement ofteaching standards and quality of teaching.Therefore,establishing an evaluating standard of the teaching ofmathematics with focusing more on the characteristics of mathematics is necessary.This study combs the history of the development of mathematics teaching evaluation through literatureresearch and gets concept of the evaluation of secondary school mathematics classroom: it is the process ofmathematics teaching that teachers guide students to take part in mathematical activities; strengthenstudents’ awareness of the mathematical applications; reflecting the mathematical quality education insecondary schools.This study collects11article describing the evaluation criteria of the mathematics classroom andthrough statistical analysis of each standard,author get eight first standards:teaching objectives,teachingmethods,processing of teaching materials,the basis of skills of teachers,the quality of teacher,instructionaldesign, classroom atmosphere and teaching effectiveness.Author collects each first standards specificallyaddressed in11articles,and take connotation analysis and correlation analysis method to get the secondstandards of teaching goals:the knowledge and skills objectives,operational level,hierarchical setting anddevelopment goals of students;the second standards of teaching methods: choosing the appropriate methodsand means, subjecting to the student’s understanding of psychological development, playing the students’main and facing all students; the second standards of processing of teaching materials: teaching content, emphasis and difficulties and the using of teaching materials; the second standards of the basis of skills ofteachers:teaching states,the expression of language and writing on the blackboard and painting; the secondstandards of the quality of teacher: the ability of mathematical thinking, the regulation of teachingconstitutes and the creation of the learning environment; the second standards of instructional design:teaching program, teachings and teaching methods,curricular activities; the second standards of classroomatmosphere: degree of class active, harmonious atmosphere of the classroom and the form of classroomactivities; the second standards of teaching effectiveness: mathematical knowledge and skills,the culturingmathematical ability and the stimulating of students’ interest and enthusiasm.This study adopts the Delphi method in modern educational evaluation and designs the weight ofsecond standards through designing consultation tables and selecting experts for advisories,then,finally thisstudy gets an evaluation scale of secondary school mathematics classroom.Author who designs a math classand carries it out in Class1,Grade8,uses the scale to get the suggestion of improvement.Then,authordesigns another math class and carries it out in Class2,Grade8learn better through camparing the twoclasses of students’ learning,which explains the scale’ effectiveness.The author conducts reliability analysisfor the scale and calculates kendall coefficient which is0.72,which explains that the scale has highreliablity.The study of mathematics classroom’s teaching evaluation involves the various aspects of theeducation,therefore,its study can be perfect through long time efforts and the test of practice. Author hopesthis article will provide useful lessons for middle school’s mathematics teaching evaluation.
