With the rapid development of economy, technology and environment, there is an increasing need for innovative talents in today's society, cultivating high-quality talents with comprehensive and innovative capabilities is a critical goal of modern education.The proposal and implementation of the new curriculum reform makes people realize the urgency of reform and provide direction and guidance for the promotion and practice of the new educating concept. Math is one of the basic subjects of natural science and the development of math concerns the whole development of science and technology, so the importance of math is self-evident. Therefore, the position of math in basic education does no vacillate since we introduced the Soviet educational system. The extensive mathematics curriculum reform gains momentum with the introduction of the new curriculum reform in recent years, it also highlights the importance of math as a basic subjects in cultivate talents.As the main place that math teacher imparting knowledge, cultivating students'innovative ability, the importance of mathematics classroom is self-evident. What kind of class mode are there, what characteristics,how to select, is being a modern middle school mathematics teacher need to ponder. Start this article by the new standard, looking for the middle school math teacher response to the way of new method, with my teaching practice of mathematics classroom mode are summarized and parsing, in order to help under the new standard of middle school math teacher. Common classroom teaching mode have inductive teaching classroom, learning teaching, non-directive teaching,explore the training teaching, the article first teaching target and the condition of several patterns may be narrative,by September 2011 to June 2014 in Cuiyuan middle school's personal teaching practice for example, to make this several patterns more figurative,more selective and operational. Then this paper explores education ideas (including the concept of students, relationship between teachers and students, education concept),teaching ability, mathematics teaching methods and classroom assessment of mathematics teachers in high school.The understanding of the new curriculum concept is the key factor in determining the success of new curriculum reform. Students are the subject of study and teachers should respect that, however, students are incomplete subjects and they are unable to follow the rules of teaching or cognitive rules of themselves to finish their learning tasks consciously, so the leading function of teacher is crucial. Mathematics teachers is the leading factor in mathematics educational process and their role is indispensable.Therefore, the new curriculum reform in senior high school not only requires teachers to equip with knowledge, but also requires them to possess a high-level education concept,an open education thought and a good theoretical basis of education. In addition,Mathematics teachers in senior high school should also pay attention to change the past instructional behaviors, teaching methods, classroom management and teaching evaluation, so they can reconstruct the equal relationship between teachers and students,and advance the educational reform harmoniously.
