Rrecent years, the rapid expansion of college enrollment scale leads to college teachers resource’s shortage. In order to alleviate the shortage of teachers’resources, a large number of young teachers (the article is defined behind35years of age) was introduced into universities, the young teachers in Colleges and Universities occupies an increasingly large proportion. The mobilization of young teachers’ working enthusiasm and initiative, creativity’s development and the build of a high level of young teachers’ team became am important task for every college managers. While essential motivation is the key to the construction of a high level of young teachers’ team, so the article on young college teachers’ incentive problems and countermeasures has an important practical significance.Fristly, this article elaborated the related concepts of incentive and young college teachers’ job characteristics and demand characteristics. Secondly, the paper discussed what kinds of incentive the young teachers need, and then found the problems of young college teachers’ incentive. Also the problems are described in detail and the carding system. Finally, based on the above research, the paper tries to put forward the Countermeasures of young teachers’s incentive:First, the paper elaborated the effective incentive’s effective, that is playing young college teachers’ inner potential, improving the work efficiency of young teachers, creating a good competitive environment, enhancing the importance of the young teacher’s cohesion. Then, point out the overall thought of young college teachers’ incentive:the guide is to achieve organizational goals; the starting point is unmet need; the purpose is to mobilize the working enthusiasm for the purpose of; the way is the appropriate incentive methods. Finally, it is pointed out that the young college teachers’ incentive needs several specific measures:the first is to strengthen the young teachers’ self motivation, enhance the motivation’s subjectivity; The second is attached to the young teachers’ mental stimulation, enhance the motivation’s comprehensive; The third is the establishment of young teachers’evaluation, enhance the motivation’s scientific nature; the fourth is to improve the young teachers’incentive policy, enhance the motivation’s fairness; the fifth is to optimize young teachers’ occupation planning, enhance the motivation’s development.
