"Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards". In society every profession has its act criteria, not excepting in the teaching profession.High Normal College is the cradle of training qualified middle school teachers, unless all these institutions are run well, there will be no source of good teacher. To develop and bring up qualified mathematics teachers in the middle school, besides imparting knowledge to students, training students’ ability and educating students’ ideological moral character. Therefore, we must take the theories and practice of mathematics teaching act criteria as the important content of higher normal colleges education in mathematics.This paper aims to investigate and research the teaching act criteria of normal college students. First, ask questions, the research and developmentment of teaching act criteria in domestic and international, elaborating the aim of the paper; Then, explain the relevant concepts of teaching act criteria in Mathematics Class, emphasizing the importance of investigating the normal students’teaching act; The next, engage in certain practical study of normal students, analyzing how to do correct the unregulared actions in class teaching; Finally, with the teaching practice, give the case studies of teaching act, make the normal students overcome the unregulared actions gradually during the period at school to avoid taking mistakes to the middle school.This paper gives the reseach and investigation of teaching act and offers some suggestions, may it be of help to normal students’education.
