As a group of highly regarded teachers in the teacher group,the newly recruited teachers have their own characteristics of youth and energy,and have the shortcomings of lack of experience.The primary task of the school to train teachers is to help new teachers to develop their strengths and avoid weaknesses,and adapt to the role change as soon as possible.The shortcomings of new teachers are weak teaching skills.Important influence,so this article focuses on the teaching skills of the new teacher of the teacher major,with the aim of improving the normal students and new teachers.Teaching skills to optimize the construction of the teaching staff.First of all,through the search for documents,the author has organized the structure and training methods of teachers' skills to help new teachers to scientifically evaluate,inspect and improve their teaching skills.Secondly,for the teachers who graduated from s normal colleges and universities for three years,through the issuance and recovery of 148 valid questionnaires,interviews were conducted with 5 new teachers and 5 instructors and teaching directors.The survey samples were from different subjects,survey data.According to the results of surveys and interviews,the paper analyzes the problems and weaknesses of the new teachers' teaching skills.It points out that the training of normal colleges,the training of institutions and the initiative of teachers have affected the new teachers who graduated from normal schools.Teaching skills are also proposed from these three starting points to train and improve the teaching skills of new in-service teachers,to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of teachers' teaching skills training and training strategies,from teaching design skills,teaching classroom implementation skills,teaching classrooms.The four dimensions of regulation skills and teaching evaluation reflective skills,improve the teaching skills of teachers in all aspects,and achieve the rapid development and maturity of new teachers,especially normal student.
