Based on the cognition of reading effecting on traditional Chinese teaching,and theexplicit requirement to reading teaching of "Standards of Language Curriculum inCompulsory Education (2011edition)",this dissertation emphasizes on the optimization ofjunior middle Chinese reading teaching,through case analysis,documentary research andsurvey. First,aiming at psychological and physiology traits of the junior middle students,and the essence of the reading,this dissertation expounds reading,reading teaching andthe effection of reading on the junior middle students. Secondly,it analyses the currentsituation of reading teaching,according to the student’s own lack of reading awareness,the teacher laying emphasis on teaching but reading, and students less readingafter-class.Summarize their reasons include--junior middle school students’ psychologicaldisorder to reading,negative impact of test-oriented education,reading ability is difficult toexamine. The third section is the key-point of whole essay,it expounds the specificoptimization of junior middle school Chinese reading teaching. Mainly embody on threeareas: express the main body function of the students before class, attention to detail oftenread,enhance the reading guidance after class. At the same time,it put forward somepractical strategies.
