As a new phenomenon，the study of Independent college is very few, which leadsto the fewer of the research about teachers’ construction of Independent college. Now,with the development of social economy, the requirements that improving theIndependent college are becoming higher and higher. As a key factor that decides thequality of the Independent college, the development of teachers’ construction is in greatneed.Educational Ecology supplies a new angle of studying the teachers’ constructionof Independent college. This paper is mainly to apply the theory of Educational Ecologywith a research on the teachers’ construction of Independent college.
