However, the overall level of China’s tennis did not get a substantial raise, realize the rapid development of China’s tennis had to start from young. In this paper, the Seventh City Games training status of young tennis players, based on the use of literature and data, spot observation statistics and mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other young tennis players of the Games, to conduct a comprehensive comprehensive analysis, including:City Games tennis player selection, training, competition, competition and other aspects; coaches selection, service quality; for athletes and coaches of the management situation. Allocation of training content has been offset, in the lack of physical training time and efficiency training ineffective; competition, athletes need to enhance the quantity and quality of competition, the lack of a high level of youth against domestic competition, the athletes in the original stagnant; athletes in the cultural learning time is too short, the ability to be integrated to be enhanced2Coaches of tennis theory of attention is relatively low, most of them are relying on experience to teaching, with little innovation; coaches lack the necessary communication system resources than shared, for our coaches to improve the overall level of negative; coaches enough to employ scientific methods, should through scientific methods of competition for posts; coaches training is not enough scientific theory for the coaches need to improve the quality of training.3Management system in government management of the main clubs/businesses, schools, family foster co--existence of management become the development trend of China’s tennis management, in general, the beginning of the government management system, the other three management is still in its infancy For the other three management methods, the Government should give appropriate incentives will encourage our young tennis career since flowers open, all-round development.
