As further development of China’s market-oriented society and information technology, in recent years, especially since2003, Graduates enter the job market overall after China’s higher education enrollment. The employment situation of China’s college graduates has entered a new stage, furthermore, a series of new problems are appeared. Graduates of national traditional sports in college appeared employment pressure and more severe employment situation in Henan province. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the current employment problems of national traditional sports graduates in Henan University.In this paper, literature, expert interviews, survey questionnaires, and statistical data methods are used to systematically investigate and analyze the flow, status, factors of employment and other aspects of graduates of national traditional sports based on the analyzing the employment flow and status of graduates in Henan University. And the affect of social factors, employers, graduate school, graduates factors on the employment flow and status of graduates of national traditional sports are discussed in detail. The survey found that social existence uhperfect job management system, non-standard personnel job market, supply and demand imbalance. Employers arise employing the concept of bias and absorptive capacity of the main channel of the traditional declined. In school, part of the professional curriculum and practice sessions is unreasonable. Professional division is too small, and career guidance for students is not in place. Graduates also have a lot of their own problems, such as low cultural quality, narrow job market, high employment expectations, large employment dependence, and poor awareness of their own businesses. Moreover, the employment information of graduates does not flow.Finally, the following strategies and recommendations are putted forward from three sides with regard to government, universities and graduates against the exposed problems in the employment flow and status of graduates. In the macro-policy, government should provide the necessary support, tilt, policy measures and material security for the graduates to improve the employment rate. Schools should improve the disciplines and curriculum system, and strengthen employment guidance, and establish and consolidate practice base to enhance the social competitiveness of schools and students. Self-employment of graduates should update employment values, and strive to improve their own quality, and increase competitiveness and entrepreneurship of employment.
