Purpose:Understand the personal background of the undergraduate graduates of Yangzhu University's Wushu and national traditional sports(hereinafter referred to as the civil society major),the basic situation at school and the employment situation after graduation,and explore the impact of the current employment situation of college students on the background of Yangzhou University.The factors of professional undergraduate employment,improve the training mechanism of Yangzhou University's civil society,cultivate more and more high-quality graduates,and continuously improve the employment rate.Methods:Taking 319 undergraduate graduates from Yangzhou University as the survey object,the self-made questionnaires were used to conduct questionnaire surveys on personal background,employment situation and satisfaction,employment factors,and personnel training.The structural equation model was carried out by AMOS21.0 software,and the fitting test and effect estimation of the hypothetical model affecting the employment of college graduates of Yangzhou University were carried out.Results:(1)In the survey of individual employment status,85.39%of the graduates have been successfully employed,one of which is 53.93%and the second employment rate is 46.06%.50.94%of the students obtained employment information through online inquiry,and 50.19%of the students employed through self-recommendation.The ideal occupation of 37.08%of students is self-employment,and 25.47%of the students currently work in self-employment.At the time of career choice,59.55%of students focus on development prospects.(2)In the survey of influencing factors,65.54%of the students believed that the main influencing factors were social factors,and 70.41%of the students believed that social demand(the popularity of Wushu in society)was a social factor affecting the employment of the people;64.42%of the students believed that it affected employment.The main factor is personal factors,61.80%of students believe that communication communication ability is a personal factor affecting employment;42.70%of students believe that the main factor affecting employment is school factors,54.68%of students believe that employment guidance is a school factor affecting employment;31.09%of the students believe that the main factor affecting employment is family factors,and 61.80%of students believe that family education is a family factor that affects employment.(3)In the establishment of the structural equation model,personal factors have a significant positive impact on employment(?=0.326,P<0.001);school factors have a significant positive impact on employment(?=0.237,P<0.05);society factors had a significant positive impact on employment(?=0.141,P<0.05);family factors did not have a significant impact on employment(?=0.102,P=0.176>0.05)Conclusion:(1)The narrow employment and serious employment situation of the majors studied are the main problems faced by students of Yangzhou University's civil society.It is necessary to focus on strengthening the understanding of the serious employment situation of this profession.(2)State organs and civil servants with relatively stable incomes are not the most popular employment direction for students of civil society.On the contrary,self-employment and primary and secondary school teachers are their most ideal careers.(3)State organs and civil servants with relatively stable incomes are not the most popular employment direction for students of civil society.Instead,self-employment and primary and secondary school teachers are their ideal career.(4)Social factors,school factors and personal factors are the main factors affecting the employment of civil society students in Yangzhou University.Family factors are not important.(5)The school must focus on cultivating the individual's overall quality and conduct employment guidance for the severe employment situation.At the same time,it is necessary to continuously add courses that are closely linked to market needs for students to learn and choose.Relevant government departments should also introduce a series of regulation and supervision policies to continuously improve the employment rate of civil society students.
