The Study On Current Situation Survey And Countermeasure Of University Student’s Humanistic Quality In National Physical Education Academy(Skill Majored)

Humane Quality is an indispensable aspect of the overall quality of the college students. It plays an important role in guiding and leading the improvement of college students’overall quality. Viewing from the development aspect of the international higher education, strengthening the humane quality education has always been a universal trend. While viewing from the practice aspect of China’s higher education, most college students lack humane spirit and low humane quality is severely concerned due to the early split of art education and science education among high school students, high pressure of entering colleges and so on. As for those sports college students, lacking of humane quality is an even severe phonomenon. Under the influence of utilitarianism, these group of students attached most of their importance to their professional skills, while ignoring the improvement of humane quality. This study carries out an objective analysis on the current situation of humane quality of the college students from a historic and realistic point of view. It aims at analyzing the existing problems concerning the humane quality education of China’s sport colleges, so as to find out the adverse factors which influence the humane quality education and better contribute to the improvement of the humane quality education of the sport colleges’students.Through iterature study, questionnaire survey, interview and mathematical statistics study, this essay selects random samples of900art skill majored students, lecturers on major and public courses, administration personnels and assissting staff from Beijing Sport University, Nanjing Sport Institute, Shenyang Sport University, Xi’an Physical Education University, Shanghai University Of Sport, Guangzhou Sport University, Wuhan Sport University, Chengdu Sport University as study subjects.Study results and conclusions:1. In the aspect of grasping the humane spirit, those students majored in sport education and social sport are much better than those majored in sport training, traditional sport and performing. However, these two groups have no obvious differences in the aspects of humane thoughts, humane methods and humane spirit. It is worried by most people that the sport college students (Skill majored) lack humane knowledge, especially the knowledge concerning politics, law, and science.2. Through the survey named "Factors Influencing the Humane Quality of Sport College Students (Skill majored)", the students and teachers involved in this survey both consider the individual factor influences college students’humane quality the most. The other factors include scholastic courses, social environment,college environment, etc.3. The overall humane quality of China’s sport college students remain on a low level and the sub-factors concerning the humane quality develop in an unbalanced way.Relevant Strategies:1.Stressing the importance of "Two Courses" which plays an important role in improving the students’ humane quality.2. Establishing a complete set of education thoughts, and influencing the belief and value of the students.3. Planning the course schedule, adding more courses on humane knowledge.4. Underlining the sport characteristics.5. Combining the humane education with sport education so as to improve better campus cultural environment.6. Establishing an advanced education evaluation system.7. Better allocating the education resources.8. Combining the education with in and out-campus practices so as to improve the humane quality of students.This study raises practical suggestions concerning focusing on the humane quality education of college students, improving sport college students’ knowledge, developing the essence of sport and strengthening the ability of social practices of college students.
