Chinese Wushu has a long history, broad and profound Chinese cultural heritage, is a bright pearl in the. In the martial arts world on the propagation and development of Wushu culture is to inherit and carry forward the important measure, is to show the world the self is an important way. However, in the martial arts world development situation is not optimistic, many factors hinder the pace of development of wushu. In this paper, in order to understand Norway Bergen Confucius College Martial Arts Teaching Present Situation and the development of martial arts in the Bergen region, the use of literature analysis method, logical analysis, method, questionnaire, expert interviews and other forms of martial arts in Bergen area the current situation of research and investigation analysis, strive after analysis, found the problem, propose solutions for the promotion of martial arts in the Bergen area, the development to provide certain theory basis.The results show:the Bergen area is located in northern Europe, due to the special geographical location, cultural environment, historical background and other various reasons restrict the development of martial arts in the good. However, due to the rapid development of the Confucius Institute in Bergen, the development of martial arts also make a spurt of progress, because Bergen Confucius College Wushu project not only, and as their main course, so as to promote the rapid development of the martial arts of Bergen. Bergen Confucius Institute to martial arts project as the main content and features of running a school is unique will bring positive influence to global martial arts.Tn Bergen there is not good quality training cloth and equipment for wushu learning. Taolu, Sanda need high quality environment, In Bergen the environment can not contented. Interest is the most impotent reason for people in Bergen study wushu, It is totally different from wushu system in China which pay more attitent to competition and domestic. People training wushu in Bergen do not have continuity, It is very difficult for wushu’s inheritance.
