Research On The Obstacles And Countermeasures Of Wushu Development In Bergen Confucius Institute From The Perspective Of Communication Science

This paper analyzes the obstacles of the development of martial arts in the Confucius Institute in Bergen through the literature,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,etc.,using the basic concepts and theoretical basis of communication.Through the field teaching at the Confucius Institute in Bergen,Have a detailed understanding of the operation,structure,and teaching of martial arts,and then conduct a questionnaire survey of students from the Confucius Institute,as well as interviews with the dean of the Confucius Institute and three responsible persons.The results were sorted out,mainly analyzing the obstacles between communication effects,communicators,communication content,media,audiences and communication feedback,and made improvement plans for the problems,hoping to provide for the development of Confucius Institutes.Can be consulted.Through research and analysis,it is found that the martial arts teacher is the lack of “gatekeeper”;language differences have become the main obstacles to cross-culture,lack of specialized training for martial arts volunteers;lack of martial arts syllabus;no systematic martial arts curriculum,In the choice of media,the medium is biased towards the modern media and the information is scarce,the news update is lagging;the demographic structure is complex,the motivation needs are different;and the feedback system is lacking.In view of the above problems,it is proposed to improve the team building of martial arts volunteers,to train martial arts volunteers as compound talents;to increase pre-service training related to martial arts;to sublimate training from "cultural barrier" to "cultural adaptation" to "cultural identity" The process,the status of the subject cannot be shaken;the setting of the martial arts syllabus conforms to three principles;the complexity of the audience structure requires the stratification of content setting;the integration of traditional and modern media,making full use ofthe media function;attaching importance to information feedback,asking questions,Solve problems and develop gradually.
