This study used literature, expert interviews, field survey, comparative analysis and other methods, Applying the theory of system science, to analysis the current training model of professional golfer from the training environment, management system, competition system, training system, security system and other aspects, Through summarizing foreign outstanding athletes training and experience of domestic golf similar competitive tennis athletes training project, proposed the basic dea of professional golfer’training model.Through to analysis of the current training model, The author holds that "nationwide system" in our country under way to cultivate professional golf athletes training mode is not perfect, not form a standard system, but as the golfers to develop costs too much and other reasons, for some the cultivation of professional golfer still need to rely on "Nationwide System" training model; Social forces in the golf athletes training model such as family culture, golf club culture, cultivation of agent, they can expand capital input channel, using the market mechanism to allocate resources, accord with the direction of the reform of China’s economic system of our country’s professional golf the development of supportive talents has irreplaceable function, but is still influenced by our country in the golf market growth is not mature, did not form the scale effect of the restricted.The excellent foreign athletes training and domestic similar golf competitive tennis player of the training project experience respectively summarized analysis.
