Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In China

In the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and people's livelihood.To promote the development of agricultural modernization is an important task in the new period.At present,the problem of the development of agricultural talents in China is becoming more and more prominent.It is an urgent problem to accelerate the cultivation of new professional farmers to adapt to the development of modern agriculture in China.As a coastal province,Fujian province is restricted by topographic and topographic factors,with less cultivated land resources and low utilization rate.Therefore,there is a certain bottleneck in agricultural development,so it is necessary to cultivate a large number of new professional farmers to switch to traditional agricultural production mode.At present,Fujian province has made some achievements in the process of cultivating new professional farmers,but there are still some problems that lead to poor cultivation effect,such as inconsistencies between cultivation quantity and demand.In this paper,under the perspective of marxism,to man's all-round development theory of marxism,marxist labor theory of value and the theoretical basis of the communist party of China about the farmers cultivate ideas,and taking Fujian province as an example,a lot of access to relevant data,and data analysis,the study summarizes the Fujian province in the new professional farmers cultivating process of the problems,combined with the situation of Fujian province,analyze the causes of problems and put forward specific corresponding measures,promote new professional farmers cultivating and developing in Fujian province.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly describes the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review and the research methods adopted in this paper.The second part mainly expounds the concepts related to the new professional farmers,analyzes the characteristics of the new professional farmers and expounds the relevant theoretical basis,and analyzes the practical basis of the cultivation of the new professional farmers in Fujian province based on the specific situation of Fujian province.The third part mainly expounds the general situation of agriculture in Fujian province,analyzes the current development and cultivation status of new professional farmers in Fujian province,puts forward the problems existing in the cultivation process,and probes into the causes of the problems.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions according to the problems and provides some theoretical reference for the cultivation practice of new professional farmers in Fujian province.The cultivation of new professional farmers is a long-term and complicated project,in different areas the problems and countermeasures are also each are not identical,in this paper,under the marxism theory realm in area,for example,working on problems andcountermeasures,to foster new type of professional farmers in Fujian province to provide certain reference at the same time,also hope to help to region as a case study of new professional contribution render their own farmers cultivate subject.
