Experimental teaching is an important link in the teaching system of high schoolchemistry teaching, it is the organic component of. Experimental teachers’ specialization isalso high school is one of the basic work, directly affects the quality of experimental teaching.If we admit that the teacher is the first resource of education, so improving experimentteaching experiment teaching is the first resource. Therefore strengthens the experimentteachers’ specialization construction is to improve the experimental teaching is one of themost powerful means, but in the past the chemistry teaching, people pay more attention to theclassroom teaching and experiment teaching is neglected, so experimental teachers trainingand equipped with virtually ignored. This paper mainly studies the high school chemistryexperiment teachers’ professional status and put forward constructive countermeasures. Withthe reform of basic education is gradually improving, high school chemistry teacherspecialization construction also will be faced with arduous tasksIn this paper, literature reviews and interviews compiled on the basis of a questionnaire,to the Weifang ordinary high school chemistry teacher specialization research situation. Atthis stage that the Weifang high school chemistry teachers on the laboratory work is not toofamiliar with; experimental teachers’ working attitude is positive; school leadership onexperimental teachers lack of effective management; experimental teachers businessspecialization needs to be improved. Based on the above problems, this paper put forwardsome countermeasures, such as improving of high school laboratory work importantunderstanding, strengthen experiment teaching team; enhancement of experimental teacherswork initiative: to strengthen the experimental teachers training, improving experimentalteachers specialization; to perfect the management mechanism.
