With the development of information technology, humanity has entered a new era which is dominated by the information and knowledge, and the "Knowledge economy" is the most significant features of this era’s. In the era of Knowledge economy, knowledge is the core of all production factors, effective knowledge management is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness for organizations and individuals. Previous studies of the Teachers’personal knowledge management has showed that: Personal knowledge management has an important role in promoting Teachers’professional development. As future teachers, Vocational normal students should be good at getting knowledge, storing knowledge, transforming knowledge, applying and innovating knowledge, constantly updating and improving the personal knowledge structure through a variety of channels, in those ways can promote the Personal professional development and meet the requirement which the economic society development wants the vocational education to be.In this research, firstly, the author sort out the results of research about Personal knowledge management, and compile a status questionnaire of Vocational normal students’Personal knowledge management according to the education characteristics of vocational teachers, this research is used by the methods of questionnaire and interview survey. Secondly, the author analyse the sample data by means of the SPSS19.0software and the results are these:the overall situation of Vocational normal students’Personal knowledge management is not good; the level of Vocational normal students’Personal knowledge management is different at gender, grade, native place and computer skills. Third, sum up the main problem of Vocational normal students’ Personal knowledge management from the results of data analysis, and analyse the cause of the problem from subjective and objective aspect. Fourth, by combining of interview survey, the author discuss the strategies about improving Vocational normal students’capacity of Personal knowledge management from schools, teachers and personal aspects.The main contents of this research are as follows:Part I:Introduction. Mainly state the origin, purpose, significance, ideas, methods, and research status related domestic and international level of the research. Part II:Concept definition and theoretical basis. Mainly define and explain the concepts of Vocational normal students, Vocational normal students’ Personal knowledge management and Personal knowledge management capabilities. And discusses the theoretical basis of Vocational normal students’ Personal knowledge management capabilities in detail, and in order to offer a theoretical basis for further research.Part Ⅲ: Status survey about Vocational normal students’ Personal knowledge management. Through questionnaires and interviews method, Investigate the status of Vocational normal students’ Personal knowledge management and analyze the difference of Vocational normal students’Personal knowledge management capabilities which in gender, grade, native place and computer skills aspects.Part Ⅳ: Problems and analysis of Vocational normal students’ Personal knowledge management. Depending on the survey results, systematically expound the common problems which exist in Vocational normal students’Personal knowledge management, and analyse the causes from subjective and objective aspects.Part Ⅴ: The training strategies of Vocational normal students’ Personal knowledge management capacity. Explore the training strategies of Vocational normal students’ Personal knowledge management capacity from school, teachers and Vocational normal students’ aspects.Part Ⅵ: Conclusion. Summarize the conclusions of this research, analyse the deficiencies of this research, and point out the direction of future research.
