The mew curriculum reform of senior high school is being carried out, how tocarry out the corresponding teaching quality evaluation research has important valueand significance. For teaching quality evaluation research of ordinary high school thatnot only can be provide the reference for solving teaching evaluation problem ofcurriculum reform for high school teachers, but also conducive to the school’s owndevelopment and the management of the school to perfect and improvement the generalhigh school education, promoting the reasonable and optimum distribution of resources.At the same time, develop teachers professional, improve students’ comprehensivequality, and enhance comprehensive national power has important significance.However, as the evaluation system and standards is not perfect, that made high schoolteaching quality evaluation of our country also has some shortcomings.This article survey and analysis teaching quality assessment of high school usingthe literature research method and interview method. First of all, to combed the teachingquality evaluation’s theoretical basis of high school curriculum reform, to clarify therelated problems of high school teaching quality, there are evaluation way evaluationsystem and evaluation standard, thus put forward the improvement suggestions forteaching quality evaluation of the senior high school new curriculum reformation.This paper consists of five parts. The first part, defined the concept of teachingquality evaluation and other related concepts, and reviewed the related research of highschool teaching quality and teaching quality evaluation. The second part is the summaryabout theoretical basis of senior high school teaching quality evaluation, includingquality management theory, constructivist learning view, back view of moderneducation, multiple intelligence theory and teaching evaluation theory, by summarizingthe theory, the author clear the scientific significance of teaching quality evaluation. Inthe third part, the author get information from interviewing and accessing, according tothe circumstance of the Heilongjiang Province, the author found that there are someproblems in teaching quality evaluation of senior high school. The fourth part, to makecorresponding improvement suggestions according to the policy of the country in recentyears and social development tendency, so as to promote the common development of students, teachers and schools, to provide qualified personnel for colleges anduniversities. The fifth part for this paper summarized the main achievements, and putforward the green evaluation index system, pay attention to the conclusion of students’evaluation process and teachers’ developmental evaluation.
