The college moral education socialization is the leading edge of moral theoreticalfields in our China and one of the hot issues in last few years. And it’s also a weakerlink of the college moral education research and practical inquiry.The college moraleducation socialization is system engineering.It’s the college moral education and itssurrounding environment mutual connection, close cooperation, mutual penetration intwo-way process. the realization of The college moral education socialization musttake many individual space common activity of many of the individual and in time foractivities for conditions. Therefore, the building of model of college moral educationand social education is the moral education system that constructing the university asthe leadership, relying on the family, with the students participating in actively, andintegrating all the social resources and the strength, to form school, family, societyand students "quaternity", and the college,middle school and primary progressiveundertake, favorable educational, whole process, all-round cultivation education,comprehensive quality education.This paper is froming two aspects which are the theory and reality to explore thebuilding of model of college moral education and social education. First of all, startingwith reading the model of college moral education and social education and itsparticipation elements, by starting with explainning the meaning of college moraleducation socialization and the meaning of implementation patterns,to define themodel of college moral education and social education and make it’sparticipationelements clearly. Secondly,by discussing the present situation and the development ofthe college moral education socialization practition and its causes, not only summarizeits achievements and the main problems in the development process generally, but alsopoint the reasons that restrict the college moral education socialization practitionclearly.those can be of the constitutive model for after the blackboard. Finally, fromthe theoretical level it explores the external and internal realization conditions ofcollege moral education socialization; from the operational level it also builds collegesas the leading, coordinates the resources and strength of the whole society and forms the systematical engineering model of the mutual penetration and interaction of collegemoral education and social education.
