Punishment always takes a large part in senior high school education in China, and plays an irreplaceable roll. However, with the promoting of the appreciate education, counter-punishment appears, teachers dare not to punishment students, we lost the education punishment. This paper point out, people should give some certain space to punishment education, which is valuable to develop education as well as needs more regulation and improvement.There are five chapters in this paper to discuss a series of problems about education punishment.Chapter one is preface. In chapter one, the author gives the background of writing this paper, the direct reason to write is that there are more lack of punishment in current senior high school education, the writing purpose is to argue the value of punishment by researching and analyzing current situation in Qinyuan first high school; then discusses the theory and practice of education punishment in foreign and domestic, which mainly including connotation, meaning and practice of education punishment; later, states the research ways which mainly includes documentary method and questionnaire survey.In chapter two, the author argues the rationality and necessity of education punishment. First, the author analyzes the rationality of education punishment in the view of philosophy and psychology; then, the author discusses the necessity of education punishment in the term of student, school teacher and society.In the chapter three, the author discusses the current situation and reason of current senor high school education. First, the author researches the current education punishment in Qinyuan first high school by questionnaire survey; then analyzes the reason of problems exist in Qinyuan first high school.In chapter four, the author analyzes the policy of education punishment, which mainly discusses from the principle of punishment including educational, validity, normative, justification, flexibility and synthesis and practical policy in the term of government school, society, parents and teacher.In the chapter five, the author gives some reviews and suggestions. First, people should have a correct reorganization to the education punishment; then, we should learn some experience from foreign schools; later, we should promote the teacher’s society position and treatment.The last is conclusion, which is the positive identity and also mention the disadvantages of education punishment.
