Situation Analysis Of Current Employed Viewpoints Of University Students And Research Of Education Countermeasure

In recent years, with the expansion of Universities, the grossentrance rate has already exceeded15%, and the higher education hasstepped into popular period. A lot of new problems have appeared withthis rapid development. Among these problems, university students’employment question is particularly outstanding. There are manyreasons, include objective factors, what is more important of that, wrongemployed viewpoints.This paper attempts to get a conclusion within a certain range ofsurvey. Based on the data, it cites the present situation of current collegestudents’ employed viewpoints, then looks into the causes and give theadvances. This paper includes5parts: The first part is introduction. Itdescribes the research background and research sense. The second part，defines the concept of college graduates’ viewpoints of employment, anddescribe different view of every stage. The third part explains the contents of university students’ employed views and analyzes the statusby date. The forth part, deeply analysis the effect of the collegegraduates’ view of employment according to the current situation. Thefifth part, propose the method to solve the problem of college student’employed viewpoints, primary according to the factors of collegegraduates themselves and college authorities.
