The theory cicle and the media will alsopay attention to colleges and universities. It becames an emergency issue that college managers have to deal withPrivate education in China is a part of the socialist education undertakings, it has a mission to educate the talents as well. With the introduction of relevant policies, especially the" Private Education Promotion Law" and the" Regulations for the implementation of private education" and other documents marked the advent of private education in China’s legal system building. Many folk capital investment also makes the rapid development of private universities in china. Due to a late start, Private universities in Yunnan, either in the experience of running a school, school size, school running mode and private colleges internal management, emergency response are far behind the other developed provinces.In2002, first approved by Yunnan provincial government and the Ministry of education department, a full-time private college and Universitie was established,which Named "Yunnan college of science and technologe information" marking the start of the private universities in Yunnan. During the10short years of development, whether in history, the construction of campus culture, or to establish and perfect the system to deal with the emergency incidents are still in the exploratory stage.But it is an important part of school management and reserch, and it’s the basics to ensure the stable campus. It is particularly important for Yunnan private colleges which is new and don’t have long historyBased on the theory of public crisis, crisis life cycle theory as the guidance, combining the characteristics of Yunnan private colleges and universities, through the analysis of typical cases, using a questionnaire survey of private universities in Yunnan, exploring the causes of unexpected events, and points out that university administrators in response to emergencies and to be institutionalized it.I hope Yunnan private colleges will face the crisis directly and to put the emergency management into the construction of safe and harmonious campus overall development strategy, to ensure the steady development of our school.
