College Students' Autonomous Entrepreneurship Environment Adjustment Research

As the reform and development of Chinese educational system, the universalization of tertiary education has been the trend of social development. From the late90s of last century, the tertiary education is changing from for elites to for the mass, which directly leads to the fast increase of college graduates in quantity, and furthermore, makes more and more people holding advanced academic degrees have to face the choices of occupation directions and goals. With the increasing graduates and limited social resources, it is hard to provide sufficient jobs and meet the actual expectations for the increasing graduates, causing the difficulty in employment is more and more serious. In addition, with the influence of rapid development of social economy on the values of graduates, the forms of employment for graduates are various. Thus, it has become the hotspot of how to search the balance between increasing graduates’quantity and the furious competition in employment market, which is important for searching the effective solution of difficulty in occupation. From the present conditions of graduate employment, and based on the Chinese graduates’characteristics and data from inquisition, this paper, firstly, analyzes the difficulty in employment for graduates, the setup of self-employed curricula in education and the present social conditions for employment policies and environment, and then, states some suggestion and practical solution, which is important for graduates’self-employment. From theory, through long-term research and practice, kinds of employment theories have been shaped by the western scholars from schools. This paper combines Chinese graduates’employment conditions with traditional theory of western employment, analyzes the problems during Chinese graduates by uniting theories and practice, and arises the topic of graduates’ self-employment.Nowadays, self-employment has become the trend of college graduates. That’s essential for practicing the ideas of tertiary education, creating more occupation resources, realizing graduates’self value better and more importantly, lowering state’s employment pressures by macro-control efforts. This paper analyzes the problems between graduates’desire of self-employment and self-employment in practice and takes the graduates from Yunnan University as the case study. The research object is divided into two parts, undergraduates and graduates. The difficulty and problems in the present environment have been collected and summarized by questionnaire and schematic statistic analysis, which reflect a basic overview of self-employment among graduates from Yunnan University. Basing on how to increase the desire and the success rate for self-employment, this paper combines the social policies with the reality for self-employment and puts forward the suggestion and solution on college curricula’s setting, social policies and the adjusting of graduates’mentality.By research, this paper hopes that the self-employment as a mean of employment will be understood deeper and self-employment could be encouraged and directed. The success rate of self-employment will be increased by the efforts from the intramural educational environment, social beneficial policies and self-employers’ adaptability. If only this can be done well enough, the employment pressures for graduates and the government could be greatly relieved.
