With the implementation of the strategy of national rejuvenation through scienceand education in our country, and under the background of deepening the reform ofeducation and teaching and advancing quality-oriented education in primary and middleschools, a new round of basic education reform is developing.“spoon-feeding”type ofthe traditional teaching mode daunted by the impact.“teaching effectiveness”is the idealteaching concept of current new curriculum reform. For interest is the best teacher.Educational communication between teachers and students plays a very important roleon the students’ learning enthusiasm and initiativity. Therefore, in current Englishteaching practice, how teachers should carry out “the effective teaching” is both Englisheducation theory and practice concerns and also it is the problem needs to be solved.The introduction of “inter-subjectivity”as a kind of new educational thoughtrequires to break the binary opposition of teachers and students educationalcommunication mode, and tries to establish an equal, understanding and mutualdialogue educational association between them. In senior high school’s English teachingclass, students’ studying enthusiasm, relationship between teachers and students, theirinteraction in class and the teachers’selection and adoption of the teaching modelswould all affect the English teaching effectiveness.This thesis positioning in English class teaching in senior high school, selectingnew educational perspective“inter-subjectivity”,focus on exploring the educationalexchanges between teachers and students including three aspects:1) relationshipbetween teachers and students;2) interaction between teachers and students inclassroom teaching;3) teachers’selection of the teaching models. By looking up to theeffective teaching literature information at home and abroad and combined with theeducational practice, deeply analyzing senior high school’s effective English classroomteaching, combining my own thoughts and opinions, theories illustration with practicalteaching example, by using references, questionnaire methods, action research methods, case analysis and so on to make a survey and analysis on the factors influencingeffective English teaching in Senior High school’s English class and tries to explore theeffective construction strategies of English classroom teaching in senior high school’sEnglish teaching class based on the perspective of inter-subjectiveness. To sum up, thestrategies are:1) analyse the learning and teaching materials, do well in teaching design,and set effective teaching goals;2) create a democratic and harmonious English classteaching environment;3) organize and implement effective interactions in Englishclassroom teaching activities;4) select effective English classroom teaching models;5)carry out the effective English classroom teaching evaluation.
