The theory of subject-object dichotomy brings people into a beautiful time and a terrible time. Inter-subjectivity have been providing new valuable guidance for people to get rid of the brutality and loneliness. And Inter-subjectivity have made its appearance in contemporary education and have been accepted and studied in the field of education theoretical research. Nowadays, the teacher’s role has the characteristics of solidification and instrumentalism and can’t adapt to the classroom teaching, which make the class dull and follow the current. The appearance of inter-subjectivity in philosophical theory brought new opportunities to solve the disadvantages of "subject-object dichotomy"-teaching-Model. the paper carry out the theoretical study mainly with the method of literature research. First of all, analyzing the background of the change from subjective philosophy to Inter-subjectivity philosophy; And Then, combing its development in the eyes of Edmund Husserl, Martin Heidegger, Buber Martin and Juergrn Habermas; Besides, rethinking the theory after describing and summarizing the teacher’s role in the teaching of contemporary class. Finally, introducing and constructing the changing direction of the teacher’s role.Teachers’roles indifferent angles, including commander, guides or class managers, seem to be in the still pattern,it makes the teachers become the man boring and instrumental, and then class become rigid and instrumental thoughts continue in students’ minds. Thus,we think it over and reflect on the teacher’s role in the field of theoretical research and make conclusion. First, we call for the classroom like this and advocate the ecological class in which lives and beings are respected. The teachers should be those who possess the ecological characters in class. Secondary, Researches on the role of traditional teachers are always based on the theory of subject-object dichotomy. In that case, thinking the role of teacher are always single and statics, whenever the role is commander, guider, or manager, take the part of the role for the whole role of the teacher. Because of the above, it result in single communicate classes and single develop relationships between teachers and students. In all, the role of teacher is the style using wisdom in associating the society background with education. Finally, the teacher instructed by Inter-subjectivity theory will become an new style teacher full of wisdom and ecological characters, who reveres life, love the students, and understand the beings in class. The summaries on teachers’role under the guidance of subject-object dichotomy theory is parochial for the teachers’ intension. Inter-subjectivity criticizes "subject-object dichotomy" for it bringing isolation between teachers and students and pay attention to everyone as well as the coexistence environment of people, all the beings in environment reflect each other through mutual exchanges and understanding. The teacher can open the window to the wisdom for the student and inspire students to go into the class, the society, and even the universe, instead of making students stay in a limited thinking space created by themselves, if teachers join the student as a open and more experienced being. The theories of inter-subjectivity can make education focus on the human and let teachers concentrate on beings. The research indicates that it is of great significance in the changing of teachers’role for the characterastics focusing on the beings and the existence of the beings.
