The historical development in the Qin and Han Dynasties in Guan-zhong area, the region has experienced development and prosperity-the first cycle of decline until the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the Guan-zhong area will once again usher in a new glory.Based on two factors of regional position changes with the history of the city, through the way of historical geography, combining archaeological fieldwork, literature analysis method, to analyze and discuss the city of Qin and Han Dynasties in Guan-zhong area, aims to clarify the history of the Qin and Han City Spatial Evolution of relationship between city geographic distribution pattern change and regional and city.This paper is divided into four parts.
