The Evolution Of Chinese Higher Educationm Policy And The Equity Of Higher Education

With the popularization of higher education, the enhancement of democracy consciousness,and the higher education equity has caused people’s great attention.As we all know that education equity, is one part of social equity, it is also the human long-term and unremitting pursuit.All kinds of higher education inequities should have closely linked to the higher education policies,we do think education policy can be served as starting point in the research of higher education equity.In this article, in order to give some specific measures to promote Chinese higher education equity from the policy-making angle,it first picked up new Chinese higher educational policies of different periods.Then,compared and analyzed them.What effects do them put to higher education,positive or negative?All the works done by the methods of literature research, comparative, and from policy-making perspective.
