With the deepening of the progress of affordable housing construction in our country,graduallythe problem of the government burden overweight and low efficiency of affordable housing systemappeared.This paper is based on public goods supply theory of economics,and reveals the necessity of public products supply diversified.Based on a large number of literature,taking housing association in England as an example in the case study,studying of non-profit organizations to participate in housing benefits.First,this paper combed the development of affordable housing in Britain and the evolution of the role housing association played in housing benefits.Second,based on the existing literature and the information on the British government web site,the external regulatory environment and the internal governance structure of housing association is analyzed.Finally,this paper will put forward constructive suggestions for consummates housing benefits in our country based on the development of housing benefits in our country and the experience of housing association in Britain.On this basis,this article deepen the reform of housing in our country,makeup the research defect at home and abroad,and further perfect the theory system of affordable housing.Studies have shown that nonprofit organizations involved in housing,which is beneficial to rich affordable housing supply main body,improve the efficiency of housing security system.China should optimize the government role in the housing,to the introduction of the nonprofit housing security system,to diversify the housing security system,innovation of housing financing channels,perfecting the affordable housing management mechanism.
