In1996, the small class size eduction went into China, and growed in Shanghai vigorously. Since then, the small class size education gradually carried out in many large and medium-sized cities of China. However, the small class size education has barged up against some questions in practice,including the limited number of students,the team-cooperated learning,reformation and the deep development.These issues bring a new research topic to the small class size education.This paper mainly investigates the construction of the small class teaching and learning environment and brings some enlightenment to the domestic small class size education based on the building of learning center.This paper analysed the theoretical basis and the specific practical measures of the learning center,with the small class size teaching environment construction as the study object,and the building of the learning center as the breakthrough point.The paper firstly describes the theoretical basis of the construction of the small class size teaching environment.Secondly,this paper introduces the contruction of the learning center of Yangpu primary school.Finally I participate in the learning center for reflection, to clarify the construction of learning centers on the domestic Revelation of the teaching in small class size. The small class size learning center project is founded on full respect for individual differences of students on the basis of intelligence and learning styles of students as a starting point to build the activity center to promote the development of different students,and researching the choice of the theme of the learning center.The first chapter is the preamble. Firstly the paper introduces the background to the study, pointing out that the small class size teaching and learning environment construction in order to learn the foreign exprience of the construction of the small class size teaching environment,and thus to some extent,to promote the construction of the small class size teaching environment;secondly,the paper sets out the research methods and ideas.The second chapter is a theoretical study on the construction of the small class size teaching environment.This chapter describes the theoretical basis for the construction of the small class size teaching and learning environment,including the theory of the multiple intelligences,the learning styles theory,the psychological theory and the educational equity theory. This paper also describes its inspiration for the construction of the small class size teaching environment.The third chapter studies the practice of the construction of the small class size teaching environment. This chapter describes the relevant circumstances of Yangpu primary school learning center in the early and presents the learning conditions of students in the learning center to reflect the learning center on the students’ learning.The fourth chapter is a reflection and inspiration of the learning center building. This part reflects on the construction of the learning center, and describes its inspiration for the construction of the small class size teaching environment to provide some lessons on the domestic small-class size construction.This paper researches the construction of the small class size enviroment based on the theory of multiple intelligences, learning styles theory, environmental psychology theory and educational equity theory. The characteristics and innovations are studying the small class size teaching and learning environment construction practically.
