With the development of information technology, electronic games have been the most part of people’s entertainment life. Electronic games have impressive effects on juvenile’s mental and physical development. Because of its reality and advanced technology, electronic games can affect juvenile in all ways. This paper is based on the education theory of games, and suggest we can evaluate games from the educational angle, which is educational evaluation.The educational evaluation is digging the education facts in games positively from educational angle. The educational evaluation needs to balance the entertainmental value and educational values embodied in games, and needs an appropriate evaluation index. According to the multi-intelligence theory, everyone has at least eight intelligences, and also, games have some effects on developing people’s intelligences.Which we based on, according to that games affect people in three aspects from easy to hard, we discuss educational evaluation of electronic games, and introduce multi-intelligence foster rubic. Then,we can use this rubic to get that this kind of game can affect people in which intelligence, and we here divide into three levels. Finnally, designing a distinguishing mark to remind people to choose games.Logically, this paper has three parts:1. First, analyzing a lot of games evaluation index, and then discuss the education value of electronic games. With the advance of fostering multi-intelligence, suggest that educational evaluation angle of games.2. Secondly, based on all the research above, according to reading a lot of relative papers, designing a multi-intelligence fostering rubic, and design a distinguish mark,to make difference more clearly.3. Thirdly, choose some typical games to analyse from the new angle,to show this rubic how to use and work, and we hope it can provide some references to players, parents and teachers.The innovation of this paper is from the new angle to evaluate games and analyze the potential education values in games from the multi-intelligence theory. Based on the function of multi-intelligence fostering, design a rubric, to give people some references with the hope that it can make some positive effects on the development of games.
