The level of vocational education development is directly related to the degree of modernization in a region and a country.The market orientation of vocational education determines that it must advance with the development of the market and economy.As an important part of vocational education,secondary vocational education bears the responsibility of exporting skilled talents to society in time.However,the development of secondary vocational education in China has been limited by the overall quality of teachers.It is urgent to build a high-quality and high-level teaching team.For teachers in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to renew knowledge,skills and thinking constantly to ensure that the students' ability could meet the needs of society,then effective training is needed.Under the continuous impetus of national policy and the upsurge of professionalization of vocational education teachers,the training of secondary vocational teachers in Yunnan is being carried out vigorously.But the biggest problem in the current training is the gap between the effect of training and the actual needs of the teachers,and the quality of training needs to be improved.Teachers are the key to the development of secondary vocational schools.As the backbone of teaching and management,young teachers are the future of secondary vocational schools.Nonetheless,the fact is that the group of young teachers does not get reasonable attention,and the importance of young teachers' participation in training is not well understood.Moreover,the research on young teachers' training needs is not thorough,and the problems of young teachers training are also prominent.It is the prerequisite and foundation for the effective training to focus on the young teachers and their training needs.Based on this,this study focuses on the young teachers of secondary vocational schools in Yunnan province,and uses methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview,conducting a detailed analysis of the concept,characteristics,ability objectives,training status and training needs of young teachers.It also puts forward the countermeasures to stimulate the training needs of young teachers in secondary vocational schools in Yunnan province from the four dimensions of national policies,secondary vocational schools,teachers and the training elementswhich are set up in the perspective of ability objectives,paying attention to the professionalization growth of young teachers.It aims at constantly improving the quality of training,and realizing the sustainable development of young teachers through the dynamic and developing teacher training.This article includes four chapters.The first chapter is introduction;The second chapter is the characteristics and ability pursuit of young teachers in secondary vocational schools;the third chapter is the actual investigation of young teachers in secondary vocational schools in Yunnan;the fourth chapter is the countermeasure to stimulate the training demand of young teachers in secondary vocational schools in Yunnan province.
