As the reform of political and economic system and the strategy of regionaleconomic development in our country are gradually implemented, the educationmanagement system is gradually decentralized to local primary. Because of the closerelationship between the vocational education and the economic society, and therising of regional economic will must be causing the development of regionalvocational education. Since the beginning of21st century,our country has paid moreattention to vocational education, and makes the development of vocational education,especially the secondary vocational education as a tool to promote the economicdevelopment and the social justice and optimize the education structure. This study isdesigned to find out the degree of co-adaptation between secondary vocationaleducation system and development of regional economic society, through collecting,summarizing, analyzing and organizing the influencing factors related with secondaryvocational education. So as to build out the comprehensive evaluation index systemapplied to the regional secondary vocational education. The index system can be usedin the following two ways: on the one hand, regional self-evaluating and self-testingcan be achieved by longitudinal comparison; on the other hand, the development gapcan be found by horizontal comparison. Thus, which to make decisions about thelevel of regional secondary vocational education and promote the reform anddevelopment of the regional secondary vocational education.According to research purpose, this study design index system divided into"education background","education resources" and "education structure" and"education quality" four areas, call one class index. Based on this, four areas breakdown into secondary indexes, and then the secondary indexes are decomposed tolevel3index. And all level3index are analyzed of the connotation, also put forwardas much as possible of the main index parameters. Because the researchers ability islimited, construct the evaluation index system is not perfect, the only hope based on this expansion into more operational education index, all provinces and cities to makeregional assessment system, implement the secondary vocational education’s direction,determine the professional education development planning of regional and districtvocational education evaluation modern development level, and professionaleducation development for regional decision to provide a meaningful and valuablereference Suggestions.
