Mr.HongZongli has tahen rooted in the middle school of TaiZhou inJiangSu province as a teacher for about fifty years old. He playsan important role in Education and Teaching, Textbook Compilationand Education and Scientific Research. Up to now, he successfullycompiled three sets of junior high school Chinese textbooks whichhave been checked up by Ministry of Education. Especially the thirdset of textbooks—Jiangsu of the Compulsory Education CourseStandard Experiment textbook which was published in the year of2001(It is called tentative textbooks for short),can be competed withthe i.e. textbooks published by People’s Education Press and ChineseEducation Publishing House.More than twenty-six provinces and sixhundred cities used the tentative textbooks.We can say that theyhave a high reputation in congeneric ones at home.This paper mainly researches the third one,considering thechanges of the Chinese Curriculum Standards, using the vertical andhorizontal researching methods which mainly used the vertical one.Itanalyzes the inheritance and changes between the three sets oftextbooks, alse using the horizontal researching method to compare itwith the textbooks which are published by People’s Education Press.Above all, it can do something for the newly Basic CurriculumReform.The paper is divided into three parts: Introduction, text andconclusion. The text of this paper mainly introduces the tentativetextbooks’ production background, conditions and the theoriesfoundation firstly, then analyzed the special features of that textbooks.I always remembers to summary of the laws in the process ofwriting,putting forward to inspiring the other ones.Introduction: The preface discusses this paper’ significances, writings intentions and methods.Chapter1:It Cards the inheritance and developing relationshipsamong the three sets of textbooks which were published by JiangsuEducation Press. Then it introduces the third one’s productivebackground and writing concepts.Chapter2:It introduces the unique group form of the third textbooks.It uses the thematic modules. It uses humanistic theme to organize thethematic modules in grade seven and grade eight. It is creativelyaccording to “reading methods” to organize the thematic modules ingrade nine. This part also gives some asking questions about thethematic modules in order to causing some thinking.Chapter3: The textbooks which edited by Hong Zongli always paymuch attention to the modification ability of writing. On the one hand, Iconfirm the practice of Mr.Hong, on the other hand I affirm theinnovation points of the third one according to compare with all of thethree textbooks. Finally I summarize the third one’s characacteristicsthrough the comparison of the first one.Chapter4: At first this part introduces the evolution of handing theclassical Chinese,then it comfirms the handing methods whichcombines with the changes of the Chinese curriculum standards bymaking comparison with the textbooks which are publishes by thePeople’s Education Press.Chapter5:The part of the paper introduces the changes of theReading-supporting system and Practice system of the third textbook. Itgives the advantages and disadvantages in order to providereferences for the further improvement of the tentative textbooks.Conclusion: This part mainly points out the place of the textualshortages andindicates the diligent direction of the aftertimes.
