The academics pay attention to the social adaption situation of the migration children. The author used qualitative research methods to collect data and analysis data. This paper, base on H community in Suzhou, through to the children and their important others interview, informed the migration children’s social adaption of relevant information. This paper first presents the specific situation of the migration children’s social adaption, analyzes the influential factors of the migration children’s social adaption, discusses provide service for the migration children in the social work professional mode, so as to improve flowing children’s social adjustment condition and enrich children’s social work practice and provide a theoretical and practical reference.Research found that most of the migration children’s social adaption is in good condition, the condition to the specific performance in psychological feeling, interpersonal relationship, learning activities and environmental fusion four aspects. A children’s social adjustment condition is good, his mood is cheerful, and the relationship among parents, companions, teachers are well, the academic record is good, used to schools and community environment and produce identity. Investigate its reason, the migration children’s social adaption status have something to do with its relevant situation, and the system environment. A long time, the smaller regional differences, optimistic character, are helpful to the migration children achieve good social adaptation. When the family of children is in harmonious relationship, family atmosphere is democracy, associates with the companions positive and initiative, learning attitude is correct, learning ability is higher, when they join in more community activities, they adapt in good condition. Give full attention to the function of families, companion groups, schools and communities and other systems, to build social support network, forming loose way of family nurture, shaping harmonious schools and community environment, cultivate the sense of belonging identity, are good for the migration children’s social adaption improvements.From the angle of social work, by improving formal and informal systems, improving children’s social adaptation ability and constructing family and peer support, fighting for resources of schools and communities, meeting the migration children in psychological, interpersonal, learning, and environmental needs. At the same time, integrated use methods of case, group and community, employ service mode of professional social work, so as to solve the migration children’s social adaption problems, and promote the healthy development of children and the harmonious development of community.
