Because of the indifference in mathematics applying, as first-line mathematics educator, teaching in practice on how to cultivate junior middle school students’ consciousness of mathematics application is very necessary. Currently, the research about mathematics application consciousness lacks the combination of theory and practice, many of the results often lack the simplicity and reproducibility.Many research both at home and abroad already made some achievements about how to cultivate students’awareness of applied mathematics. This study first attempt to express my knowledge and understanding of mathematical application, based on the available information, and clarify mathematics of application consciousness completely from the theories, second put forward specific ideas and measures, such as:change teachers’mathematics view and teaching view, establish a distinct rational curriculum consciousness, and carry out activities.At the end, the research educed conclusions for further practical verification, through questionnaire surveys and experimental studies for180students.
