Science popularization is the science and technology dissemination activity to improve public scientific and cultural qualities. Science popularization can stimulate the primary and middle school students’ learning interest and curiosity, cultivate the students’ independent thinking and ability to practice, train of the students’ team spirit, enable the students to master the scientific knowledge and scientific attitude, and establish the scientific spirit. Science Popularization and the school education are two ways to cultivate primary and middle school students’ scientific literacy. In new course standard requirements, science popularization it is very important for the primary and middle school students. It is very necessary that science popularization and the school education communicate and cooperate. Therefore, based on physics courses, the research of science popularization, which uses physics experiments as tools, and constructing the science popularization evaluation framework are of great significance to science popularization and school education.In this study, we use the constructivism and information dissemination theory as guideline. According to the students’ physical and psychological traits, we use the physical experiments that are based on the school physics course as instrument for the students who are of the fifth to eighth grade in four Tianjin schools, using of science popularization evaluation framework, we evaluate and reflect the science popularization effect. Then we carry out the requirements about setting of physical experiment and try to find out the way to communicate and cooperate science popularization and the school education.The results show that:in a certain way communication and cooperation of Science Popularization and the school education can effectively promote physical science popularization, improve the students’ physics interest and motivations, correct students’ mistake concepts, exercise students’ practical ability and train of the team cooperation spirit. Students can experience the physical life, the physical life, that is effectively promote the development of school education. It is successful and effective that we use of physical experiments to popular physics science for primary and middle school students.
